This is the license agreement between you and kcSystems Inc. ("kcSystems"), that
you are required to accept before installing and using the Crypteze software (the "Software").
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before installing and
using the Software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by kcSystems,
your installation or use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement.
License Grant
kcSystems grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license, without license fees, to install and
use the Software on any computer.
Restrictions
The Software is confidential and copyrighted. Title to the
Software and all associated intellectual property rights is
retained by kcSystems.
Warranty and Liability
The Software is provided on an "As Is" basis without warranty of any kind, either
expressed or implied.
In no event will kcSystems be liable to you for any damages whatsoever arising out
of the installation and use of the Software.
